Terms of Service

HuntKit is a job application toolkit that helps you build resumes, generate cover letters, score your resume against job descriptions, discover matching jobs, schedule and prepare for interviews, and track your applications using AI. By using HuntKit, you agree to these terms.

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to abuse free credits will result in account termination.

• Each application generation (resume tailoring + cover letter + ATS score + interview prep) uses 1 credit.
• One-time credit top-ups available ($5 for 10 credits). Top-up credits never expire.
• Subscriptions renew monthly. Cancel anytime from Settings or the Stripe billing portal. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period.
• Refunds are handled case-by-case. Unused top-up credits may be refunded within 14 days if no credits have been consumed.
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing. Existing purchased credits and active subscriptions will not be affected retroactively.

• You own everything you put into HuntKit — resume content, notes, interview recordings, job descriptions, and any edits you make.
• AI-generated content (tailored resumes, cover letters, interview prep, coaching responses, score reports, recording summaries) is generated for your use. You may use it however you wish.
• You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before submitting it to employers. AI can make mistakes.
• By uploading a resume or entering data, you grant us a limited license to process that content through our AI pipeline. This license terminates when you delete the content or your account.

If you connect Google Calendar, HuntKit will create, update, and delete calendar events for interviews you schedule. We access only the Calendar API scope — we do not read your email, contacts, or other Google data. Disconnect at any time from Settings, which revokes our access immediately.

• The HuntKit Chrome extension auto-fills job application forms using your resume data, demographics, and custom answers.
• The extension uses AI (via our API) to map your data to form fields. Review auto-filled values before submitting any application.
• The extension only activates on recognized ATS domains (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, etc.) and does not run on other websites.
• Your session token is stored locally in the extension and never exposed in URLs.

You agree not to:

• Create multiple accounts to abuse free credits
• Use automated tools to spam the API or circumvent rate limits
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the AI prompts, scoring system, or job matching algorithms
• Scrape, redistribute, or commercially resell job listing data from the platform
• Upload malicious content or attempt to exploit the AI system via prompt injection
• Use the service for any illegal purpose

HuntKit uses AI (Claude by Anthropic, Gemini by Google) to generate content. While we work to ensure quality:

• We aim for 24/7 availability but do not guarantee uptime. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or due to factors beyond our control.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
• You may deactivate your account from Settings. Deactivated accounts can be restored by contacting support. Permanent deletion removes all data irreversibly.
• If we terminate your account for policy violations, you are not entitled to a refund for unused credits or remaining subscription time.

Limitation of liability — HuntKit is provided “as is” without warranty. We are not liable for damages arising from use of the service, including: not getting a job, inaccurate AI output, missed interview scheduling, data loss, or third-party service outages.

Disputes — These terms are governed by applicable law. We encourage you to contact us first at hello@huntkit.gg to resolve any issues before pursuing formal action.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of HuntKit after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice.
